Employment Support Services

Employment Support Services are personalized services offered to clients who are already employed to help them maintain their job and adapt to their working environment. The services are delivered in integrated community settings to enable them to interact with people outside the community. Under this program, job support services and self-employment support services are offered to clients, including:

• Teaching appropriate workplace self-care, clothing, and personal hygiene
• Counseling and support related to their respective jobs, importantly on their concept of wages and the importance of benefits
• Transportation training to get to and from their workplace
• Providing training on skills they need for their job and communication skills to have good relationships with workmates
